I had a wonderful stay at this property, which offered excellent value for the price. The check-in process was incredibly easy, making my arrival hassle-free. I stayed on the first floor, which was conveniently located right next to my car for easy parking. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of amenities, and St Kilda Beach is just a short drive away—perfect for a day out. The room itself was clean, with a large, comfortable bed and a well-sized kitchenette that had everything I needed. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend it!

The host was friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy to chat with. I was concerned the location was a little out of the way but a bus stop right outside made getting around the city so simple an more affordable than hiring a car! The room was clean and tidy, it was tended to daily with cleaning and fresh towels etc. I will be staying here again next time I visit.

Conference room facilities were available for our group to use it for a shared dinner and drinks. The rooms were ready ahead of time so our group was able to check in a couple of hours earlier than expected!

Despite being close to a busy area, it was quiet and without any disturbances. It is well maintained and kept clean. We were given 2 adjoining rooms, which was much appreciated.
